From a young age, I've been driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This passion led me to pursue studies and practical experience in various modalities within the mental health development field.
I've immersed myself in practices such as:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
• Gestalt Therapy and
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Through coaching, teaching and personal practice, I've come to understand that the key to self-development lies in connecting with one's higher potential self.
My journey has taught me the importance of facilitating and supporting the activation of this unique self, guiding individuals through life challenges and helping them navigate towards joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction through tangible practices.
